The price for the agricultural appraisal is $40 per acre for all properties 50 acres or larger. The price for all properties under 50 acres is a flat $2,000. This covers all the agricultural assets on the farm or ranch. $40 an acre is the normal price other companies charge just for the soil nutrient assessment. We do everything for that price, non-soil assets included. 25% of the cost of the report is due when the report is ordered. The balance is due when the report is complete. Final payment must be completed before the report is delivered.
